Plus, we have a 24/7 dedicated On Call Technician who can assist either via phone or attend site if required to assist with any issues.
- Operator Handover Support: Following the completion of construction, we provide in-person, detailed operator training and handover support. This essential step ensures pool owners understand how to operate and maintain their pool effectively from day one.
- Early Issue Identification: We specifically train and educate operators to identify potential issues early or actively avoid long-term operational problems through correct, proactive daily routines. - Provision of Resources: We provide a comprehensive supply of training resources alongside a detailed explanation of ongoing maintenance plans, ensuring the operational knowledge remains accessible to staff on site. For example, we have created simple guides and resources to assist clients with tasks such as backwashing and operator checklists.
