ProQuatics is delivering the full pool package for a sustainable build-to-rent development adjacent to Albert Park, which blends a heritage building with modern apartment living. Targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating and net-zero carbon operations, this flagship project features a 25-meter lap pool as part of its extensive resident amenities.

ProQuatics is responsible for the full pool package, including the construction of the structural shell, premium finishes, and the installation of pool furniture. To ensure ease of access for all abilities, the 25-meter lap pool is designed with two separate entry points. The delivery also encompasses the complete commercial filtration and hydraulic systems, with water heating powered via an energy-efficient electric heat pump to support the project’s net-zero carbon goals.
